Delivery Times

Our average delivery time is 7 to 15 working days.

In exceptional circumstances, such as periods of high demand, customs processing or other unforeseen events, delivery may take slightly longer than estimated.

If significant delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and displayed before you complete your order.

Additional charges may apply if you choose an express or premium delivery option.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Where available, this email will include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery online.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided during checkout.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect delivery address, failure to collect the parcel, non-payment of customs charges or refusal to accept delivery, the shipment may be returned to us or disposed of by the shipping carrier.

If you request that the order be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.
